Irish are hosting Martin Luther King Basketball Games.

Ursuline High School is hosting a Martin Luther King Jr. Tribute basketball tournament on Sunday 1/16 and Monday 1/17. Teams will be provided memorial shirts, an all-tournament team will be selected, and championship plaque will be handed to the winning team. There will be speakers before each game that address the teams and crowd regarding their interpretation of "The Dream" and how we can continue the work of Dr. King today.

Ursuline Boys and Girls
St. Thomas Aquinas Boys
Academy for Urban Scholars Youngstown Boys
Warren JFK Boys
Chaney Girls

Sunday Schedule:
3:00 - St. Thomas Aquinas vs. JFK (Mayor Tito Brown will address the crowd before the game).

5:00 - Ursuline vs. Academy of Urban Scholars (D'Aundray Brown, Sports & Rec director at the YMCA and UHS Alum will address the crowd before the game).

Monday Schedule:
2:00 - Losing teams from Sunday (Malik Mastella, YPD will address the crowd before the game).

4:00 - Ursuline v. Chaney Girls (UHS Students, Tiara Carter and Marina Sepulveda will address the crowd before the game).

6:00 - Winning Teams from Sunday (Guy Burney, CIRV Youngstown will address the crowd before the game).
